Viewing Infor reports in Adobe is failing with blank grey screen

Solution

There's a windows update that breaks how Infor interacts with Adobe, which is affecting users when viewing reports in Infor. The typical symptoms are users get a blank grey screen when running reports.

 

The workaround for now is to set Infor to open reports in the browser:

  1. Opening Infor
  2. Go to 'System' -> 'View' -> 'User Preferences'
  3. Select the 'Use Default Browser as Report Viewer' checkbox
  4. Click OK
